TsLeatherGoods prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Our items will be shipped from the Vietnam. All orders will be using a fast shipping service such as UPS, USPS… for the purpose the product will be sent to you in the fastest time. Orders in the US will receive free shipping. Order Processing Time & Handling Time
Your order will be processed and notify to you within 01 working days of order placement.
After received your order, we will start making the order, it take about 5-7 days, and then we will packed the order and shipped it to the delivery carrier.
The delivery timeline starts when the shipment is prepared and is handed over to the courier. All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

We also offer Expedited Shipping for US and Worldwide orders:
- US: 12-17 business days ($45 for shipping)
- UK, AU, CA, SG: 12-17 business days ($29.9 for shipping)

- Delays may occur due to holidays or customs clearance for international orders

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
No, please place separate orders for different addresses.

I never received my package, what should I do?
- Check with your local post office or delivery service for missed delivery attempts.
- For US orders, if not delivered after 20 business days with tracking, request a refund or reship.
- For international orders, if not delivered after 40 business days, contact us for assistance.
Shipping Rates:
- Free shipping to the USA
- Other countires with shipping rate: $5.99 to CA, AU, UK, SG.
- We also offer expedited shipping, for US: $45, for the rest of selling countries: $29.99
- We use USPS/DHL/UPS for US Shipping, AU Post/Amarex Post for AU Shipping, Royal Mail for UK Shipping, Canada Post for CA shipping, Sing Post for SG Shipping.
Return Policy
Do you take returns and exchanges?
Yes, we do. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@tsleathergoods.com or Whatsapp: +84335186759 to initiate a request.
Return Conditions
- If your product is damaged or defective, email us with subject line “Replace: Damage or Defective item with your order #” and attach a photo.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by carriers but not received. Contact the shipping provider first.
- We may replace your order for damage or transit issues. Refund/return requests must be reasonable and due to our error.
- No action taken for items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Please Note:
- No returns accepted for used, deformed, or washed products.
Exchanges
- Only allowed for defective or damaged items. Email support@tsleathergoods.com with proof.
- No exchanges/returns for sizing unless it was our mistake.
